· Common Fill Dirt Untreated: Best used for deep hole filling, rough land grading, and building up property elevation on a budget. Unscreened dirt sourced directly from construction excavations or subsoil layers. It is a mix of sand, silt, and clay.
· Screened Fill: Best used for: Landscaping applications requiring a smooth, even texture that is easy to rake and grade, without the hassle of pulling out boulders. This is standard fill dirt that has been mechanically filtered to remove large rocks, roots, and structural debris.

Screened Topsoil: Processed through mesh to remove large rocks, roots, and debris. Ideal for creating even, workable planting beds.
· Blended Topsoil (e.g., 50/50 mix): A mixture of topsoil, sand, and organic compost. Excellent for leveling lawns or providing heavy-duty nutrients to vegetable gardens.
· Organic Topsoil: Made largely of decomposed plant matter, grass clippings, and compost. Used as a high-nutrient fertilizer to directly boost soil fertility.
